"Michigan Lakefront Home" National Home of Distinction Award "Excellence in Home Design"  

Heritage Custom Builders of Paw Paw, Michigan was recognized as a "Home of Distinction" in the category of "Excellence in Home Design" for a modular home between 3,001 and 4,000 square feet at the annual Fall Showcase conference of the Building Systems Council; part of National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  This is the second time in three years Heritage Custom Builders has received this honor, also taking home the award in 2015.  “I’m so proud of our entire team on this project” said Tim Cassidy of Tim Cassidy Builders.  “Everyone pulled together to make this fantastic home a reality.  We’ve tried to be something different among modular home builders – more than just another square box.  This second award shows us we’ve done that.  It’s a real honor to get this type of recognition for our efforts.”

Presented by the Building Systems Council (BSC) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 2015 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design are seen as the pinnacle of achievement in the system‐built housing industry.
